Tekamah-Herman Ball Association History

Tekamah-Herman Baseball/Softball Sports Association (aka Tekamah-Herman Ball Association) was established in October of 1997 with the purpose of encouraging participation of our area youth and young adults in the baseball/softball summer league program.  The goal was to encourage teamwork, sportsmanship and spirit of competition.  Also, encourage community members and parents to become actively involved with designing and implementing the program for the benefit of our youth and young adults of the Tekamah-Herman area.

Over the last 28 years, the association has made many improvements to the complex.  We have built an additional softball field, added cement pads at all fields and connected them to make them ADA accessible.  The dugouts have been redone to improve safety.  A new backstop was installed on our baseball field.

Our largest project to date is our new concession stand.  The project is set to be completed in August of 2026.
